The Just for Me™ Wellbeing Program is designed to enhance your physical wellbeing, strengthen your relationships, expand your ability to manage stress and further enjoy what you do each day.   It is invaluable for organizations that have wellness programs where only 40% or less employees are actively engaged.  This program gets the rest of the employees to the starting line ready to move forward without telling them how, when and what they need to change.  They do it all on there own. 

Just for Me™ focuses on 12 areas of wellbeing to increase life satisfaction. 

The program includes:

1) Online pre & post self assessments to clarify where you are today

2) A journal to take note of insights and track progress

3) Twelve group coaching sessions to encourage, inspire and ensure movement forward
